The Office of The Judge Advocate General maintains a wealth of information about the Corps online on the JAGCNet. Anyone can visit that site, but in order to access certain portions of it, you must be a registered user of Army Knowledge Online. Retired members are authorized to register by following the instructions at that site. You may want to have your DD Form 214 handy. You will also want to create a JAGCNet account. When in doubt about the correct entry for a field, try "Retired."
